Level I – If you are the Procrastinator, or have never actually tried exercising, this is the level for you. All you need to do is DECIDE that you will take a step in the direction of Fitness. We will make sure that you see results and have FUN along the road!

Level II – You have been taking some group classes for 6 months or more and are looking for a challenge. Switch it up! Try a more challenging version of the class you already know and like, or go for something completely different!

What is Flexercize?

Flexercize is a unique stretching and gentle strengthening program, developed by Dora Baroti, of Studio Viva! The program includes elements of isolation technique and various stretching exercizes for each muscle group. The movements exercise the joints without causing strain or pain, benefitting the spine, the muscles of the torso, as well as the shoulder, the neck, the hips and the legs. Flexercize helps strengthen and stretch your muscles, keep your spine better aligned and help keep your joints mobile. Even if you have previous injuries, you can learn these techniques to help avoid recurrent ones.
Like all stretching, Flexercize offers the most benefit as an ongoing program. Students who take Flexercize classes once
a week for 4 weeks reported notably increased flexibility and improved balance — a result of better posture. Learning how to identify and properly stengthen and lengthen your muscles with Flexercize is the first step. Then you practice this technique while learning more exercises. By enhancing your strength, you'll be on your way to greater fitness.
Flexercize increases your flexibility, strengthens your back and abdominal muscles, and improves your posture.

What is Salsaerobics?

Spice up your entire exercise routine by combining hot Latin dance moves with cardiovascular exercise. In this 1-hour class you'll burn fat and firm your entire body, by utilizing dance moves that incorporate both a core workout and resistance training. This is an exercise program that is truly a break from the routine: Salsaerobics is an energizing and entertaining activity, a great way to burn calories, shape your legs, strengthen your core and more! Salsaerobics is the best of all worlds in fitness, dance, great music & fun, with great results.

What is Zumba?

Zumba is the perfect combination of Latin dance, fitness and fun! The word "ZUMBA" is derived from a Colombian word meaning "fast moving". Its also a fusion of the Latin word "rumba" meaning "party". In other words Zumba® means" to move fast and have fun"! Zumba® is the accidental brain child of celebrity fitness trainer Alberto "Beto" Perez . Beto's vision came into fruition after forgetting his regular aerobics class music and having to rely on the music he'd grown up with, thus creating the world of Latin inspired fitness! When you attend a Zumba® class, you're joining a party like atmosphere that is so much fun, you'll forget you're working out!

Zumba Gold - Zumba For All Ages and Abilities

The Zumba® Gold Fitness program is second to none. It is an innovative, fun and exciting program. It was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. The main difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba Basic is Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but it certainly is as fun. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used.
This amazing program is very easy to follow so anyone at any age will be able to do Zumba Gold. Dances that are specifically highlighted in this program include the Merengue, Salsa Cha Cha, Cumbia, Salsa, Rock & Roll (including Twist and Charleston ), Belly Dance, Flamenco, and Tango. Another program of Zumba Gold includes a chair workout for people who are sedentary or wheelchair bound.

Zumba Toning

It's an exciting, Latin inspired, dance 'n tone program. This is the original dance-fitness class taken to the next level. ZUMBA® TONING is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide the 2 1/2 lb, sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. Now that you've worked on your lower body rhythm, it's time to perfect the upper body! The NEW and exciting Zumba toning program is designed to offer the participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! This class is open to everyone, no previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary.

What is HitIt Fitness?

Co-Creators of the Hit-It fitness brand, Constance Papciak and DJ KJ ® (Chicago) come together to create a one of a kind fitness experience! Constance Papciak is an FFC Master Trainer for FitKick, FitFlex and FitJam class formats. She is an ACE and AFAA certified group exercise instructor and ACE personal trainer. She is well recognized for her motivation, dedication and passion for teaching group fitness and believes that teaching participants how to have fun while exercising is most important for exercise adherence. Constance is also well known for her citywide live KwandoJam and FitKiXJam classes as well as her appearances in national fitness commercials and advertisements. Kevin Barker aka DJ KJ ® (Chicago) has emerged upon the elite nightlife scene of Chicago entertaining everyone including Chicago's A-List socialites and celebrities. His “in-your-face” hip hop sets and high energy dance mixes have dominated dancefloors and garnered recognition for some time now. DJ KJ ® (Chicago) blends a diverse array of music in to one set of musical bliss attempted by many but perfected by none.
